You can pay for CIS program fees and crafts purchases through one of two ways:

By Check or Money Order in USD:

By Credit Card:

CIS accepts payments online v.i.a. credit card through PayPal. Please note that you must calculate and add an additional 3.5% surcharge to your order to cover the fees that Paypal charges us for this service.
